Instructional Design Engineer graduated from Sorbonne University, I design and lead innovative learning experiences at the intersection of pedagogy, digital learning, and intercultural environments. My expertise spans e-learning design, multimedia content creation, LMS deployment, and language education across academic, corporate, and international contexts. Recently, I worked as an E-learning Project Manager at Stallergenes Greer (France), where I designed and deployed tailored digital learning programs for continuous professional development. I collaborated closely with subject matter experts, conducted needs analysis, led instructional design and production coordination, and ensured quality tracking through LMS platforms such as Syfadis and Cornerstone — in both French and English. I am highly proficient in Articulate Storyline & Rise, Vyond, Genially, Canva, Synthesia, and LMS administration (Moodle, Syfadis). I actively integrate generative AI tools to enhance learning pathways, optimize content production, and create engaging, learner-centered experiences. Alongside my corporate experience, I have been teaching Arabic, English, and French in universities, adult education settings, and international missions. These experiences strengthened my expertise in active pedagogy, personalized guidance, and multicultural communication.
